Shannon's 4 month birthday!

I am late posting this but, oh well. On June 28th Shannon turned four months old. For her "birthday" she decided to start rolling over. She rolls from her back to her front but she hasn't learned to go from her front to her back yet. At her appointment she was 24 inches long and 11.14 lbs. She was 18 1/2 inches long when she was born and 5.13 lbs. I am sure loving having a second child but she is not an easy baby. She is very fussy and fights going to sleep so it is a bit wearing. Luckily Conner is amazing at home. Conner really enjoys helping me with chores around the house. He loves to help load the washer with clothes and once they are done I'll put the wet clothes on the door of the dryer and he'll push them in. He helps me load and unload the dishwasher. I try to tell him to just unload his cups but he likes to help with all the dishes. Then when he loads I usually have to rearrange a few things. His favorite thing is dumping the soap into the dispenser. He actually does the correct amount as well, pretty surprising. He also loves to help dust and he tries to help fold the laundry. He grabs a hanger and a shirt and hangs it up, but it usually isn't hanging correctly. When he tries to fold the clothes or towels they usually end up in a ball, but he is so proud of himself. He still loves to hold Shannon and asks to do that often. He LOVES to brush his teeth and will do this a few times a day. Steve has taught him to spit the toothpaste out after he is done, he is getting really good at. Crazy how much a two year old can do.
